NEWS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF "METROLOGY, STANDARDIZATION AND PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT"

On October 20 of this year, the World Bank under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan awarded the 25 winning projects as part of the program to improve the quality of scientific research of the project "Modernization of the National Innovation System of Uzbekistan" Representatives of the Ministry of Innovative Development, World Bank, Academy of Sciences and Research Institutes, other ministries and agencies took part in the event.

At this event, our institute's project REP-03032022/193 "Development of antimicrobial non-woven products from silk waste for medical 
application"
with a financial volume of 200,000 USD was declared the winner (project coordinator Z. B. Juraev).

The project is designed for the years 2022-2024 and includes professors, doctoral students, masters and students of the Andijan machine-building Institute, Tashkent Textile and Light Industry Institute, Andijan State Medical Institute and the Textile Institute of Aachen University (Germany). Department of "METROLOGY, STANDARDIZATION AND PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT" is responsible for the implementation of the project in our institute.

As we previously reported, this department was able to finance the projects "UzMedEn" number 101082221 in the amount of 471 thousand euros and "12-PLEDGE" number 101082242 in the amount of 398 thousand euros (project coordinator Juraev Z.B.) within the Erasmus program of the European Union. Currently, the officialization of these projects is underway.
