The "KHAMNAFAS" Volunteer Center at the Andijan Machine-building Institute was established in December 2022.

The goal of the center is to encourage young people to take an active part in community life and develop leadership skills.
The center's activities focus on the following areas:
  •   Nurturing human dignity
  •   Eco-Protection
  •   Animal Protection
  •   Popularization of sports
  •   Development in the cultural and creative sphere
  •   Volunteer help in emergency situations

The center's motto: "Volunteering is an action that changes your life."
