OBJECTIVES AND DUTIES
According to paragraph 14 of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 18, the Department of Quality Control of Education was established within the Andijan Mechanical Engineering Institute. , No. 515 of 2017 "On the organization of the State Inspection of Education Quality Control under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan". enters.
The main purpose of Education quality control department is to study and analyze the compliance of student knowledge with state education standards, control the quality of personnel training, internal institute certification and identification and elimination of negative factors affecting the quality of education. take precautions.
The following are the main tasks of the Education Quality Control Department:
- provision of educational areas and specialties with state educational standards (DTS), qualification requirements, curricula and science programs and analysis of their expertise ;
- To study the quality of the educational process at the institute, the level of its provision with textbooks and teaching-methodical manuals;
- study and analysis of the compliance of the knowledge of the students of the Institute with the DTS;
- regulatory and legal framework aimed at improving the quality of education Ensuring the execution of documents;
- quality control of personnel training;
- organization of internal certification of the institute, identification of factors that negatively affect the quality of effective education, providing information to the rector of the institute and the State Inspection;
- control over the timely elimination of shortcomings and deficiencies identified during the process of attestation, studying the quality of education;
- monitoring the status of education quality indicators and making recommendations to relevant structures regarding identified problems and deficiencies;
- to analyze the effectiveness of using modern methods and techniques in the process of improving the qualifications of pedagogic personnel in order to improve the quality of education;
- The status of professional qualifications of teaching staff in structural divisions of the institute
(faculty, department, department, center, academic lyceum), as well as higher education institutions, to conduct internal monitoring, prepare analytical data, and make proposals to the management in order to determine the quality level of additional education and personnel training and retraining . the institute regarding identified shortcomings and problems;
- to analyze the compatibility of the basic information about the professors and teachers of the institute with the relevant pedagogical discipline(s) or to study whether they have passed the relevant retraining or have obtained a scientific degree in the relevant specialty and inform the rector of the faculty about the conclusions; institute;
- control the implementation of the educational process, research and scientific-methodical plans of the Institute;

- control the effectiveness of student internships at the Institute, taking into account the specializations and specializations;

- Assessment of student knowledge evaluates the objectivity, transparency and quality of rating scores based on process analysis
- conducting regular social surveys among students, parents, professors and employees in order to study the social environment, personnel training and quality of education in the institute;

- integrated cooperation between the educational process and production, monitoring of the development and implementation of innovative ideas, technologies;
