Purpose of education department

The educational and methodological department has the authority to improve the educational process of the institute based on advanced scientific achievements, to provide basic educational documents, and to summarize the advanced achievements of faculties and departments in educational work.

In the educational and methodological department, great attention is paid to the inclusion of all necessary subjects in the educational process so that students can become modern, qualified specialists. Purposeful study of the implementation of documents adopted on the higher education system. Ensuring the implementation of the Law "On Citizen Appeals", taking into account citizens' appeals to state authorities. Dissemination to appropriate departments and regular monitoring of implementation. At the same time, it ensures consistency and coherence of curricula at all stages of teaching. Educational programs include the integration of general and additional education, as well as bringing the content of education as close as possible to the needs of real life.

Duties of the educational and methodological department

• To improve the educational process of the institute on the basis of advanced scientific achievements, to provide the structure of the institute with state educational standards and basic educational documents;
• Planning and organizing the educational process at the institute;
• Coordination of educational and methodological work of the institute's faculties and departments;
• Continuous improvement of normative-methodical documents in the management of the educational process;
• Developing prospective plans for the development of education at the institute and recommending them to the Scientific Council of the institute;
• Summarizing the advanced achievements of the institute's faculties, departments and structures in the educational process and applying them to the educational process of the institute;
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Regulation of the rating system of monitoring and evaluating student knowledge;
• Development and implementation of a plan for retraining and professional development of pedagogic personnel;
• Analysis of student attendance;
• To ensure compliance with academic discipline by professors-teachers and students of the institute;
• Organization and analysis of current, intermediate and final control in all faculties and master's degrees of the Institute;
• Ensuring the maintenance of basic working documents in the department and dean's office;
• Preparation of documents for staffing the institute; control of the execution of training loads;
• documentation of part-time and non-part-time teachers, organization and coordination of distribution of part-time education fees;
• To study the activities of the institute's faculties and departments on educational issues;
• Organizing the selection of professors and teachers;
• Introduction of advanced foreign experience into the educational process;
