The work carried out in the institute to educate young people with high morale, independent thinking, patriotism, and a vital attitude was approved by the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on March 26, 2021. , is being implemented with the participation of the Ministry of Health, the rector of the institute, regional and city governments, the Regional Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, the employees of law enforcement agencies, representatives of religious organizations, public organizations, and others.
Based on the 5 initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at raising the morale of young people and meaningfully organizing their free time, the Institute of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education. Stands and posters have been installed for 5 initiatives.
Within the framework of the first initiative: "Students" theater studio, "Kuvnog va zukkolar", "Thought tests", "Zakovat" clubs. For students interested in the field of art, all the necessary equipment (string, circle, rattle, storm, etc.), sound equipment is installed.
Each year, the institute conducts examinations and examinations among students in various fields. In particular, the group and faculty stages of the "Student of the Year" competition were held in accordance with the Contest Regulations, and the winners of the institute stage were presented to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education. 1 student of the institute won the first place in the "Best Article" contest on the topic of patriotism held among higher educational institutions of the republic. Our student won the first place in the "Best Poster" contest held among higher education institutions fighting corruption in our Republic.
Initiative 2: football, mini-football, basketball, handball, volleyball, table tennis between students and professors with wall stands in the department of physical education and sports , wrestling, athletics, chess, gymnastics and other sports tournaments were held. is being conducted.
Initiative 3: Institute dormitories and educational buildings are equipped with free Wi-Fi routers for students and professors to use the Internet. The information resource center of the institute is provided with new literature. The institute has an electronic library with a QR code in the territory of the ARM.
4th initiative: In cooperation with the Samarkand branch of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, roundtable discussions, meetings and various events dedicated to the birthdays of Alisher Navoi, Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur and Abdulla Qadiri, Zulfia, and Azod were held at the institute. Initiative 5: To encourage women and girls, to increase their social activity, a sewing club was organized in hostels. In the past period, in order to strengthen the institution of parents and the neighborhood, special attention is paid to the employment of girls through the "Education - family - neighborhood" system.
Holidays, birthdays of scholars and compatriots, and other spiritual and enlightening events are held at a high level in the institute.
The institute regularly attracts students to museums and theaters in Andijan city in order to meaningfully spend their free time after classes.
