Bachelors
On June 20, the online registration of applicants for the bachelor's degree programs of higher education institutions for the 2022/2023 academic year began. Applicants can authorize a phone number, enter their passport, permanent residence address, and the institution they graduated from, as well as check if they have any privileges, and upload a national or international certificate in a foreign language (Video presentation). Areas of study will be selected after the approval of the distribution of admission parameters for the 2022-2023 academic year by language of instruction.

Registration:

Website of the State Test Center my.dtm.uz.
Implemented through a single interactive portal of public services (my.gov.uz).
Registration is open until July 20 (same day).
Registration for the bachelor's degree program in the foreign language (creative) exam will take place until July 10
(the same day).

Admission to the bachelor's degree in higher education (for the academic year 2022-2023)

Online registration will take place from June 20 to July 20, 2022.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4319 of May 14, 2019 and the Decree No. PF-113 of April 20, 2022, the following applicants are exempted from payment for the test:

- Applicants who graduated from educational institutions in the year of the test;
- persons with disabilities;
- Full state support (graduates of the House of Mercy and Children's Town);
- Persons registered in the information system "Single Register of Social Protection" and their children;
- Youth included in the "Youth Book";
- Applicants who are recommended for direct admission on a privileged basis.

Statement No. 13 of the State Commission approved a set of disciplines for the 2022-2023 academic year, which will be tested in accordance with the bachelor's degree programs of higher education institutions of the republic. In 3 subjects that are mandatory for all test takers:

Mother tongue (Uzbek, Russian or Karakalpak) - 10 questions.
1.1 points for each.
Maximum score - 11 points.

Mathematics - 10 questions.
1.1 points for each.
Maximum score - 11 points.

History of Uzbekistan - 10 questions.
1.1 points for each.
Maximum score - 11 points.
Total points - 33 points.

In 2 subjects corresponding to the bachelor's degree:

1 fan - 30 questions.
3.1 points for each.
Maximum score - 93 points.

2-fan - 30 questions.
2.1 points for each.
Maximum score - 63 points.
Total points - 156 points.

In total, in the 2022-2023 academic year, applicants will be given a total of 90 test assignments in 5 subjects. The maximum number of points that can be collected is 189 points.

The regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 261 of April 3, 2018 stipulates that 1 hour is allocated for every 30 test assignments to complete the test assignments (along with filling out the answer sheet).

As a result, for the 2022-2023 academic year, 3 hours will be given for 90 test assignments in the entrance exams for undergraduate majors of higher education institutions.

If an applicant has a certificate in one of the specialty subjects or takes a professional (creative) exam in one subject, he / she will be given 2 hours for 1 specialty and 3 compulsory subjects.

If an applicant only takes the test in the compulsory subjects, he / she will be given 1 hour for 30 test assignments in 3 compulsory subjects.

Tests will be held in July-August in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 14, 2019 No PP-4319.
