The 2022 European Union Erasmus+ program "Capacity Building in Higher Education" (CBHE) project selection was announced. Several stages of the evaluation process of the tendered project proposals were carried out, including an academic evaluation by independent experts, as well as consultations with the EU Delegations for each partner country.
As a result, 7 projects were selected for financing in the direction of "Capacity Building in Higher Education-CBHE" with the participation of higher education institutions of Uzbekistan, and 2 national projects were included in the reserve list.
Andijan machine-building Institute was selected for 2 projects and had the opportunity to independently manage 1 national project as a grand-holder.
A total of 4.5 million euros will be allocated to 7 newly selected projects, including 2.1 million euros will be allocated for the participation of 18 higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.
The projects in which our institute will participate are directed to the development of undergraduate and graduate programs in the field of biomedical engineering.
The projects will start operating in January 2023. At the moment, the documentation process has started in the e-grant system of the Funding and Tenders Opportunities Portal.
