The role of reading is invaluable in making a nation a nation, ensuring that the country has its place among states, its own word. It is precisely for this reason that the Head of the state, from the very beginning of his career, began to pay attention to the initiative to improve the reading culture of young people.

At the Faculty of Intellectual Management and Computer Systems of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute, a new project called "Reader Caravan" was launched to increase students' love for books.

The first meeting within the framework of the project was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Associate Professor Makhmudjon Mukhtorov.

During the event, the dean expressed his opinion on the novel "Between Two Doors" by the People's Writer of Uzbekistan Utkir Hashimov, whom he read.

The novel is dedicated to illuminating the hardships that befell the Uzbek people, as well as other peoples, in the last century of World War II. The work illuminates the essence of the war threatening humanity, its terrible consequences for our people through the artistic images of our compatriots.
