Andijan Machine-Building Institute held a seminar on the topic "The principle of paperless work."
The seminar, organized in order to ensure the implementation of the Order on measures to digitize the process of document exchange in the system of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and accelerate the "principle of paperless work," was attended by officials of the rectorate, vice-rectors, deans and deputy deans of faculties, heads of departments, heads of departments and specialists.
At the seminar, it was noted that from January 6, 2025, all types of internal documents of ministries, system organizations and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, departments of higher education, science and innovation of the regions and the city of Tashkent, as well as higher educational institutions must be developed and signed through an electronic document management module.
It was also explained that from now on, the coordination of internal documents with the relevant responsible department and responsible executors should be carried out through the edo.ijro.uz module.
Instructions were given on how to use the platform. Participants received answers to their questions from moderators.
