Andijan Machine-Building Institute conducts a seminar-training aimed at developing scientific and skills in modern pedagogical technologies, useful educational programs and methods.
At today's seminar, the head of the anti-corruption and compliance control department of the institute, Valijon Turdiev, explained the essence and content of the Law "On Conflict of Interest," which came into force on December 1.
It was noted that this law provides a clear definition of the concept of "conflict of interests," indicates between whom and when a conflict of interests may arise.
The participants of the meeting were explained in detail the rights and obligations of employees of the state organization, their close relatives and persons related to them in the field of preventing conflicts of interest, limitations, including liability for violation of the requirements of the law, as well as the essence of the law.
The speakers also touched upon the issues of eliminating the causes and conditions of conflict of interest. Cases of conflicts of interest were thoroughly analyzed, and questions from the participants of the seminar were answered in detail.
