On December 16, a meeting was held at the Shahrixon District Cultural Center to ensure the implementation of the tasks set at the videoconference meeting chaired by the President of our country, dedicated to the results of work on poverty reduction in mahallas and priority tasks for 2025.
At the event, Rector of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute Umid Turdialiev had an open dialogue with the citizens of the "Uzbekistan" mahalla citizens' assemblies attached to him.
At the meeting, it was noted that large-scale work is being carried out in our country to improve the living conditions of the population, develop entrepreneurship, reduce poverty and apply new approaches and accumulated national experience in achieving the effectiveness of social support programs.
During the dialogue, citizens' appeals were heard, existing problems and opportunities were presented. the opinions and comments of the mahalla seven, entrepreneurs and activists were heard, opportunities for socio-economic development of the region, increasing employment, reducing unemployment and poverty were considered.
In turn, representatives of families also expressed their desire to break the poverty line, increase family incomes, and improve their well-being.
Practical work within the framework of the "From Poverty to Prosperity" program continues in the region.
