At the Faculty of Automotive and Transport of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute, a meeting of third-year students with the heads of the limited liability company "AVTO CLIMATE CONTROL" was held.
At the event, Rustam Kozimov, the head of the production department of the "Avto Climate Control" LLC enterprise, gave insights into the history, activities, achievements and plans for the future of the enterprise, which is one of the largest producers in our country, the conditions created for workers, the selection of personnel at auto industry enterprises, the personnel reserve, dual education, and others.
After that, an open dialogue was held, and an exchange of views took place on the opportunities available at the enterprise for young people to apply the theoretical knowledge gained at the institute in practice and to develop as qualified specialists. During the meeting, the participants received answers to their questions from the officials.
