Article 79 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan states that the state ensures the protection of the personal, political, economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights of young people, encourages their active participation in the life of society and the state.
Also, in the second part of this article, the creation of conditions for the intellectual, creative, physical and moral formation and development of young people, the realization of their rights to education, healthcare, housing, employment, employment and recreation is enshrined.
A spiritual and educational event on the theme "Constitution protecting the rights of youth" was held at the Andijan Machine-Building Institute on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution.
At the event, the conditions and opportunities created for young people in our country on the basis of the Constitution were discussed.
It should be noted that the institute regularly holds various competitions, sports competitions and contests throughout the year in order to discover and encourage talented and energetic youth.
During the event, the winners and prize-winners of the institute stage of the republican competition "Student of the Year," the competition "Discussion," the intellectual game "Zakovat," the competitions "Student theater studio," "Zukko kitobxon," "Knowledge of human rights," "Ma'rifat maydoni" were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts.
Also, a group of students were presented with letters of thanks from the rector of the institute for their exemplary behavior, activity and initiative in public affairs.
The songs and melodies that glorify the Motherland, youth, love and love that were played at the festive event gave a special charm to the circle.
