The event, organized in collaboration with the Andijan Machine-Building Institute and the primary organization of the Youth Union, was attended by honorary teachers, current teachers, and students of the school.
Akmaljon Ermatov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work, and Candidate of Economic Sciences, spoke at the event. He shared that he had studied at this school and recounted his childhood and youth experiences, as well as his achievements in the field of science.
He also announced the establishment of a scholarship from his personal funds to support gifted and talented students, and that students who read the most books would be rewarded quarterly. A cultural program featuring student performances was also presented to the young audience.
During the event, the "Nihol" student theater studio, organized at the institute, performed Erkin Khushvaktov's play "The Red Apple" for the students.
Poems and songs performed by talented students added a special charm to the atmosphere.
At the conclusion of the event, books were donated to the school library.
