From April 22 to June 15 of this year, the Ministry of Sports and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation jointly conducted physical fitness tests for students aged 18-29 in higher education institutions.
The testing process was organized in 150 out of 212 higher education institutions across the republic, with 155,000 students expressing their desire to participate in the sports trials. Of these, 141,000 students were accepted for the trials, and 115,000 of those who participated recorded results. More than 2,300 of these participants were students from the Andijan Machine-Building Institute. More than 2,300 of them are students of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute.
For achieving the best results, the Ministry of Sports awarded 396 students from 103 higher education institutions with "Physical Fitness Level" badges of first, second, and third class, while 836 students from 149 higher education institutions received sports uniforms.
It is noteworthy that Abdulaziz Sotvoldiyev, a second-year student of the Electrotechnical Faculty, was awarded the "Physical Fitness Level" badge of the second class, and six other students received sports uniforms.
Recently, the "Talaba" sports club of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute presented these awards to the recipients.
