On the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a roundtable discussion was held at the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering on the topic "The Constitution is the code of our happiness, the foundation of our development."
The event featured presentations by Muhammadqodir Somsakov, Chief Specialist of the Regional Department of the Youth Affairs Agency; Saydulla Ubaydullaev, Chief Specialist of the Legal Information Department of the Justice Department; Muhtaramkhon Haliqova, Head of the Department of Spirituality, Enlightenment, and Youth Affairs of the Institute; and Ilhomjon Qobulov, Youth Leader of the Institute.
The roundtable provided information on the role of the Constitution in the socio-political and economic life of our country, the rule of law, and its importance in ensuring the future prospects and well-being of our people. Legal explanations were also given on the essence and significance of the updated Constitution, the personal rights and freedoms of citizens enshrined in it, their duties, as well as the rule of law in social relations.
Additionally, Shuhrat Bozorov, head of the regional council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, gave a presentation on the topic "World experience in ensuring constitutional rights."
During the event, students received answers from specialists to their legal questions.
