An international scientific and technical conference on the topic "Prospects for the development of automotive transport in Uzbekistan: design, operation and logistics" was held at the Andijan Machine-Building Institute.
Along with leading higher educational institutions of our republic, professors and researchers from universities in the Russian Federation, India, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, South Korea, and the USA, as well as prominent scientists and researchers from various research institutes, participated in the event.
During the conference, presentations were given on the road network and its development prospects, automotive industry, transport ecology, transport logistics, and the organization and management of safe traffic.
Additionally, the heads of the regional transport and internal affairs department's public safety service, traffic safety, and motor roads main departments shared their views on the work being carried out in the Andijan region in their respective areas and the challenges they face.
Regarding the issues raised at the conference, suggestions, opinions, and comments were made on improving the efficiency of work in the field, implementing advanced, innovative ideas and projects, and promoting foreign experience and work methods.
In the afternoon, the conference continued in separate sections.
At the conclusion of the conference, several professors and researchers who have achieved success in the field and are conducting research were awarded certificates.
