On November 18, in commemoration of the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a spiritual and educational event titled "My Flag is My Pride" was held at the Electrotechnical Faculty of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute.
The event was attended by the First Vice-Rector for Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the Institute, Akmaljon Ermatov, the Institute's Advisor to the Rector on Women's Affairs, Mukhtaramkhon Nabieva, Deputy Dean of the Faculty, Jasurbek Ashurboyev, and professors and teachers. Speakers at the event emphasized that our flag is a sacred symbol representing the clear sky of our country and the noble intentions of our people, instilling boundless pride and honor in our hearts, and stressed that we should always cherish it.
Additionally, the event featured patriotic poems, songs, and dances celebrating our flag, performed by the "Al-Khimiklar" team, comprising first and second-year students from the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies, specializing in Oil and Gas Processing and Chemical Engineering. Their performances imbued the audience with a truly festive spirit and uplifting mood.
At the conclusion of the event, students who actively participated were presented with diplomas and commemorative gifts from the dean of the faculty.
