At the Andijan Machine-Building Institute, a meeting was held with the graduate students of the general director of the limited liability company "Uz-Koram Co."
At the meeting, detailed information was provided on the history of the enterprise, where more than a thousand workers work, the sphere of activity, the demand for personnel, and production processes.
It should be noted that today the enterprise manufactures bumpers, instrument panels, door covers, shock absorbers for passenger cars.
As a result of the implementation of new projects at the enterprise, production volumes are increasing year after year. This also serves to increase the demand for talented personnel.
At the meeting, issues such as finding solutions to existing problems in production together with the institute based on a scientific approach and eliminating existing shortcomings in the organization of student practice were also discussed.
During the meeting, the vice-rector for academic affairs of the institute, Suhrobjon Aliyev, and the general director of the enterprise, Anvarjon Khasanov, signed an agreement on the organization of student internships at the enterprise and the launch of dual educational processes.
