A meeting was held at the Andijan Machine-Building Institute between the management of "Uzavtomotors" joint-stock company and doctoral students, independent researchers, master's degree students, and final-year undergraduate students.
The meeting was attended by Ulugbek Madrahimov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovation of the Institute, Byungil Yu, Advisor to the Executive Director of Uzautomotors JSC for Production and Technology Development, and Bakhtiyor Uraimov, Director of the Academy under the company.
During the meeting, Byungil Yu gave a presentation on the history, activities, achievements, and future plans of the enterprise, which is one of the largest manufacturers in our country.
Additionally, concepts of personnel selection, talent pool management, and other related topics in automotive industry enterprises were discussed.
An open dialogue was held, and views were exchanged on the opportunities available at the enterprise for young people to apply their theoretical knowledge gained at the institute in practice and to develop as qualified specialists.
During the meeting, participants received answers to their questions from the officials.
After the meeting, Mr. Byungil Yu familiarized himself with the facilities created for students at the institute, including laboratories and the automotive service center.
