An international kickboxing tournament took place in the hall of the Mega Sport Club in Tashkent.
In the competition, organized in collaboration with the National Guard, the Kickboxing Association, the "Mega Sport" club and several other organizations, over a thousand skilled kickboxers from our republic and neighboring countries showcased their abilities in Point Fighting, Lite Contact, Kick Lite, Low Kick, Full Contact, and K1 disciplines.
The kickboxers from the sports club of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute also participated in this competition.
Among our representatives, Sunnatbek Yuldashev (51 kg), Nurmuhammad Abdurakhimov (72 kg), Asadbek Makhmudov (57 kg), Diyorbek Soliev (78 kg), Ilhomjon Safarov (70 kg), and Ismigul Yusufjonova (61 kg) claimed first place in their respective weight categories and ascended to the top of the podium. Additionally, Sanjarbek Akboev secured second place in the 70 kg weight category.
In the final tally, the kickboxers of our institute claimed first place in the team standings.
The winners were appropriately honored by the organizing committee.
For information, all of our victorious athletes will compete in the Asian Championship to be held in Astana, Kazakhstan.
