These issues were addressed at the "Governor and Youth" meeting held at the Andijan Machine-Building Institute with regional governor Shuhratbek Abdurahmonov.
"We are creating all the conditions and opportunities for entrepreneurs. Modern equipment is being brought in, and hundreds of jobs are being created. However, our biggest challenge is that these technologies are not being handed over to their own specialists. For this reason, separate rooms will be organized at each enterprise, where graduates will receive both theoretical and practical knowledge. In other words, we will implement dual education. Graduates who have mastered the knowledge and skills well will be retained for employment right there," said the regional governor.
At the end of the meeting, which was held in an open and sincere atmosphere, the head of the region instructed officials to familiarize graduates with the activities of enterprises in the region and assign them accordingly.
