A meeting of three generations was organized at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Andijan Machine-Building Institute on the topic "I wish to touch the soil trodden by the teacher."
The event, held on October 1 - Teachers and Mentors Day, was attended by Mukhtaram Kholikova, head of the department of youth affairs, spirituality and enlightenment of the institute; Irodakhon Zokirova, senior lecturer of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics and Electrotechnologies; Sultonbek Abdurakhmanov, senior lecturer of the same department; and Jasurbek Ashurboev, deputy dean for youth affairs of the faculty.
During the meeting, the teachers shared their views on the rich experience they had gained throughout their lives and careers, the specific challenges of their youth, and the difficulties they faced in their work.
Additionally, using relatable life examples, it was explained that a person should set goals and plan for their future, acknowledging that they will inevitably encounter problems along this path and need to overcome these challenges using their knowledge, potential, and aspirations.
