An agreement on further development of cooperation with Don State Technical University was signed

Meetings were held with a delegation led by the Governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, at the representative office of "Rossotrudnichestvo" in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The rector of Andijan Machine-Building Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences Umid Turdialiev, also participated in the event.

During the meeting, the parties discussed numerous issues concerning the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the Russian region and Uzbekistan in areas such as education, science, and culture.

The meeting highlighted the long-standing cooperation between Andijan Machine-Building Institute and Don State Technical University, noting that open and friendly relations have been established between the institutions.

It was also emphasized that a series of collaborative efforts are being undertaken to establish an Advanced Engineering School at Andijan Machine-Building Institute, following the model of the "Advanced Engineering School" project of the "Rostselmash" Prospective Machine-Building Institute at Don State Technical University.

At the conclusion of the event, an agreement was signed between Don State Technical University and Andijan Machine-Building Institute on establishing new forms of cooperation. According to the agreement, the implementation of a joint education program is scheduled to begin from the next academic year.
