A roundtable discussion was held at the Andijan Machine-Building Institute with the participation of professors, doctoral students, and independent researchers regarding the programs of the American Councils for International Education.
Aziza Nuriddinova, the Program Coordinator of the American Councils for International Education in Uzbekistan, participated and provided information about the Faculty Enrichment Program (FEP).
This program is designed for higher education institution teachers, where Uzbek professors and other researchers can enhance their knowledge and skills in America.
The four-month academic professional development program allows Uzbek higher education teachers to acquire pedagogical skills and professional disciplinary knowledge.
During the program, participants engage in developing curricula, studying alternative teaching methods, and expanding their experience in the field of education. The program also involves observing courses, attending academic conferences, and working directly with representatives of host higher education institutions.
