On 11th of October, 2022 the opening ceremony of the HiEdTec meeting was held at the Youth Center in Andijan.
First of all, the deputy governor of Andijan region, Nasibullo Mominov, made a speech and read the greetings of the governor of the region to the participants of the meeting.
After that, the meeting continued, the rector of our institute, Umid Turdialiyev, made a speech, introduced the Andijan machine-building institute in detail, and thanked the guests for their visit.
During the event, the rector of Ruse University, Hrusto Beloev, gave a speech and expressed his opinion about the project and, expressing his gratitude for the excellent hospitality, presented the rector of our institute with a souvenir of the university given to special people.
In turn, the rector of our institute awarded the title of honorary professor of the Andijan machine-building Institute to Khrusto Beloev.
Project coordinator Angel Smirkarov also took part in the conference with his presentations.
