In particular, Alexander's mother, two sisters and a brother were kept in this camp. Most of those kept there died due to hardship and suffering in the concentration camp. After the end of the war, Alexander graduated from school and came to Andijan to study at the medical institute.
Here, Alexander successfully graduated from the institute. Then he joined the urology department of the 1st city hospital. In general, his later life was closely connected with Uzbekistan, in particular, Andijan. He started a family in Andijan and had children. He has worked effectively in the field of medicine for many years, as a mature specialist in his field, besides, he gained respect among the people for his high human qualities.
On the eve of the holiday, tutors and students of the Faculty of Intelligent Management and Computer Systems of the Andijan Mechanical Engineering Institute went to Alexander Vasilevsky's house and congratulated him on the holiday. During the meeting, students enjoyed the conversation of our hero.
"Many people emigrated from Uzbekistan. If it was bad for me, I would have moved, but I have come to like this place and these people. Our family is not going anywhere. Our roots are here. This is our little Motherland," says Alexander Vasilevsky.
