A traveling reception was held at the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering with the participation of the Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Ahmadbek Yusupov.
It was attended by vice-rectors of Andijan machine-building, Andijan agriculture and agro-technologies, and Andijan economy-construction institutes, chairmen and secretaries of scientific councils awarding scientific degrees, researchers and doctoral students.
At the meeting, comprehensive work on improving the quality of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, increasing the efficiency of using scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, taking into account the needs of society and the state, the prospects for the development of science, education, technology and technologies, and the procedure for writing scientific papers for doctoral students - general concepts of the rules and information about other relevant news in the field were given.
During the dialogue, the works carried out in the system of awarding scientific degrees and titles, the activities of the councils were thoroughly analyzed.
During the mobile reception, the chairman answered the questions posed by young scientists regarding scientific activity, issues of doctoral defense, and problems related to the work of the commission. He also listened to the suggestions and opinions of the participants.
