On the initiative of the President, the reforms implemented in the direction of improving the quality and efficiency of education, expanding the scope of training qualified specialists, supporting and encouraging talented young people, and combining theoretical knowledge with practice are bearing fruit.
In order to ensure the implementation of this initiative, a number of works are being carried out by the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering. In particular, the 5+1 and 4+2 innovative educational models are being used in cooperation with a number of machine-building enterprises in the region in order to train highly educated and highly qualified specialists in the integrated cooperation of educational and production enterprises.
Training and practice sessions are being held on innovative educational models developed within the project.
Based on this, a qualification (acquaintance) internship was organized yesterday at the Uzbek-Korea joint-stock company "Uz-Koji" joint-stock company located in the city of Khanabad for students of the 3rd stage of the Department of Materials Science and New Materials Technology of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technology.
During the short-term internship, students examined the company's activities, history, operations, types of products, and production processes.
The students were also informed about the procedures for hiring employees.
