The press secretary of the institute took part in the media forum held in Russia

The All-Russian media forum "Ural - youth mass media region" was held in the city of Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation.

Students from more than 20 regions of Russia, as well as the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Kingdom of Belgium, and heads of press services of higher education institutions participated in this project, which was organized on the basis of the Ural State Pedagogical University. Umidjon Mamarasulov, the press secretary of the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering, also participated.

"The project is aimed at creating and testing a system of mutual cooperation and training for aspiring and young bloggers and journalists. During the development of the program of events, special attention was paid to the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities of the participants to combat and fight against fake news and information lies, as well as to the professional management of their information resources based on the principles of impartiality, openness and openness," says Andrey Novoselev, the head of the project.

During the forum, experts met with representatives of leading news agencies, professional journalists and bloggers, and shared experience on networking and working in teams, trends on current topics.

As part of the forum, a trip to the University Technopark, the center and museum named after Boris Yeltsin, and the sights of Yekaterinburg was organized for the participants.

At the end of the project, the participants were awarded with a Certificate.
