In the "Youth Center" in Andijan city, within the framework of the "Students' Spring" festival, the competition "Merry and Smart" for the "Rector's Cup" was held.
Teams of five faculties took part in the competition, aimed at meaningfully organizing the free time of young people, showing the problems, shortcomings and defects encountered in the life of students through humorous and satirical genres.
Teams competed against each other in two conditions.
In the end, the winner of the competition in 2023, the "Elektro" team of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, scored high points and won the championship again.
The teams "Masterpiece" of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering and "Intellect" of the Faculty of Intelligent Management and Computer Systems won the second and third places.
At the end of the competition, the rector of the institute, Umid Turdialiyev, gave a speech and expressed his opinion on the performances performed by the students. After that, he said that this competition is held every year on April 1 and handed the portable cup to its owners.
