"A good specialist does not go unnoticed in the labor market"

The next meeting of the Rector of the Andijan Mechanical Engineering Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences Umid Turdialiyev with the graduates was with the 4th level students of the Faculty of Economics and Automobile Engineering.

During the meeting, the rector listened to the graduates' future plans, pre-diploma practice processes and problems, and gave his advice and recommendations. He also noted that for those who intend to continue the next stages of education, admission processes to master's and doctoral degrees, in particular, learning foreign languages is becoming a necessity.

"After a few more months, you will receive a diploma after graduating from the institute. You will become a highly educated specialist and enter the labor market. Whether or not you become a "buyer" in the labor market depends on what you've learned over the past four years. If you are able to apply the sufficient knowledge you have received from your teachers in practical processes, the heads of enterprises and organizations will be able to hire you without thinking. Don't forget one thing, a good specialist is never overlooked," said the rector during the meeting, who gave some of his recommendations to the graduates.

The meeting gave great motivation to students and young people, and became a forum for communication promoting new ideas and initiatives.
