Special trainings are being held for professors and teachers

In recent years, special attention has been paid to strengthening and modernizing the material and technical base of higher education institutions, providing them with modern educational and scientific laboratory equipment, including the extensive attraction of preferential funds from international financial institutions. This serves to increase the efficiency of research and development of institutions.

It also paves the way for higher education institutions to be included in the top 1000 list of internationally recognized organizations.

As a result of such reforms, Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering has been participating in international ratings and achieving satisfactory results.

Summing up the past three years of activity, the institute has been providing data for participation in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings since 2021. As a result, in 2023, the institute managed to take the 454th place in this rating.

It was ranked 1001+ in THE Impact Rankings and World University Rankings and joined the list of contenders.

In order to enter the top 1000 in the above-mentioned ratings, to improve the quality of higher education, special intensive courses have been started this year at the institute. It was determined that the courses will be held by professors and teachers who are actively participating in the organization of education and research activities on the basis of foreign and state grants.

The first seminar-training of this course was held yesterday.

The rector of the institute U.M. Turdialiyev, heads of all departments, the most advanced professors and teachers took part in it.

During the training, Professor Zafar Jorayev of the Department of Metrology, Standardization and Product Quality Management gave detailed information about the procedure and stages of preparation and presentation of research projects in the field of education.
