At the Information-Resource Center of the Andijan Mechanical Engineering Institute, the "Best Speaker" contest was held among students at the initiative of the primary organization of the Youth Union.
About fifteen participants from all faculties demonstrated their speaking skills on the basis of their poetic and prose works. They read expressive and meaningful poems and excerpts from prose works and recited them from memory.
Participants in this competition, which serves to develop students' speaking skills, to enrich their spiritual world, to develop their independent and critical-analytical thinking, and to develop leadership qualities, were duly evaluated by the jury.
At the end of the competition, Nodira Gulomova, a student of the Department of Labor Protection and Technical Safety of the Faculty of Transport and Logistics, won the prize in the categories "For the Best Prose Reference" and Muhammad Abdurasulov, a student of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering, the Department of Automotive Engineering and Tractor Engineering, won the "For the Best Poem Reference".
