A meeting of the graduates with the head of the "AUTO RUBBER" enterprise was held

In order to provide employment to graduates of the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering and to introduce them to employers, meetings are regularly held with the managers of specialized automobile manufacturing enterprises operating in our republic.

Yesterday, the general director of "AUTO RUBBER" limited liability company within the "Uzavtosanoat" joint-stock company, Farrukh Marahimov, had a meeting with the graduate students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technology.

At the meeting held in the format of an open dialogue, information was given about the history of the establishment of the enterprise, the field of activity, the demand for personnel, the conditions created for them, production processes and the future plans of the enterprise.

"As a result of the implementation of new projects at the enterprise, the volume of production is increasing year by year. This serves to increase the demand for potential personnel. That is why we organized today's meeting. During the conversation, we tried to provide complete information about our company. We are even inviting them on an excursion so that they can get to know each other more closely," says Farrukh Marahimov.

During the meeting, the students received answers to the questions from the managers about the knowledge required of the candidates who want to work in the enterprise, the standards and requirements, the monthly salaries for the employees and other similar questions.

Also, issues such as finding solutions to existing problems in production based on a scientific approach together with the institute and eliminating existing shortcomings in the organization of student practice were also discussed in an open dialogue.
