In the conditions of the current globalization and market economy, the cultivation of high-potential, educated, responsible, competitive personnel has become a more urgent issue than ever. Therefore, highly qualified personnel play an important role in the socio-economic development of any country.
In this regard, the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering has been carrying out systematic work in order to effectively manage the training of highly qualified personnel and produce competitive personnel in accordance with the requirements of the time.
This year, a total of 204 students will graduate from the institute's Faculty of Transport and Logistics in five fields. Providing them with work is one of the important tasks of today.
In this regard, the Rector of Andijan Mechanical Engineering Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Umid Turdialiyev held an open dialogue with these graduates.
At the meeting, detailed understanding of the work being carried out in the field of personnel policy in our country, achievements, as well as requirements for young professionals, conditions and opportunities created for them were given.
Also, it was thought that those who intend to continue the next stages of education, admission processes to master's and doctorate stages, in particular, learning foreign languages is becoming a necessity.
During the discussion, recommendations were given on employment of graduates, and questions were answered in detail.
The meeting gave great motivation to students and young people, and became a forum for communication promoting new ideas and initiatives.
