At the beginning of the conference, the rector of the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Umid Turdialiyev spoke about the quality of education, the priority goals and tasks ahead in ensuring that the future personnel studying in higher educational institutions are ready for competition in all aspects.
