In the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering, before March 8 - International Women's Day, the intellectual competition "Kitobkhan Talaba" was held with the participation of female students.
Teams from each faculty participated in the competition, which was organized in order to develop book reading and reading culture, to further expand the ranks of young readers, to find intelligent young people, and to involve them in intellectual games.
The participants tested their knowledge on the works of Omina Shenlikoglu's "Imam's Mannequin Girl", O'tkir Hashimov's "Between Two Doors", and Malala Yusufzai's "I Will Know". During the competition, each reader expressed their opinion on the works.
According to the final results of the competition, which took place on the basis of heated and uncompromising debates, questions and answers, female students of the Faculty of Economics won the 1st place.
Female students of the Faculty of Transport and Logistics and Electrical Engineering won the second and third places.
The winners will be awarded at a ceremony held on the eve of the holiday.
