A literary and artistic evening devoted to the birthdays of Navoi and Babur was held

In the information and resource center of the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering, a literary and artistic evening was held in connection with the 583rd anniversary of the birth of Mir Alisher Navoi and the 541st anniversary of the birth of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, two major representatives of Uzbek classical literature.

Well-known poets-writers, professors and teachers, students and representatives of the general public took part in the event organized by the initiative of the Department of Uzbek language and literature.

The head of the regional branch of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, the daughter of the poet Khurshida Vahobjan, Mukhtaram Kholikova, the adviser to the rector of the institute on women's issues, Habibakhan Jorabekova, the associate professor of the department of Uzbek language and literature, Tillakhon Mamasultonova, the history teacher of the vocational school of Andijan city, spoke at the event and told the gathering about the life of Navoi and Babur. , his creativity and the importance of events held on the eve of these dates. Poet Khurshida Vahobjan's daughter recited her poems expressing patriotism and humanity, along with her poems related to the ghazals of Alisher Navoi and Babur Mirza.

Also, students such as Mahira Mutallibova, Zamira Kadirova, Shahlo Madaminova expressed their thoughts about our ancestors and read poems and ghazals.
