🍡 At the Andijan Institute of Mechanical Engineering, the "Shashlik Day" competition was held in order to identify the best chefs among students and improve their skills in cooking various delicious kebabs.
Students from all faculties who received the hadith of preparing shashlik were invited to the competition.
🏛 In this competition, delicious kabobs included in the list of traditional Uzbek dishes were prepared in unique styles.
🥩 The jury appraised the various samples of shash presented by the representatives of the faculties.
It should be noted that kebabs prepared by students of the Faculty of Economics were recognized as the best.
