A legal information day was held

"Legal Information Day" was held in the information resource center of the Andijan Mechanical Engineering Institute in cooperation with the regional justice department, the legal technical school and the Andijan inter-district administrative court.

Heads of the institute, heads of departments, deputy deans of the faculty, professors and administrators took part in it.

During the open dialogue, the deputy director of the legal technical school of Andijan region Zafarbek Kadirov, the judge of the Andijan inter-district administrative court Hikmat Davlatov, the preventive inspector of the institute Izzatillo Kahhorov, the adviser to the rector on women's issues Mukhtaramxon Khalikova and the head of the department for the management of the "Compliance-Control" system for combating corruption Valijon Turdiyev gave a speech.

During the event, the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislations of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at Further Improving the Election and Referendum Procedure", adopted on December 18, 2023, and "On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024" dated December 25, The essence of the President's decree "On establishing non-working days and moving weekends during the celebration of official dates in 2024" and the decision "On additional measures to strengthen families and increase the activity of women" was explained.

Also, according to the requests and appeals of individuals and legal entities, the procedure of application of regulatory legal documents related to their activities by state bodies and organizations was explained.
