According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 304 of May 22, 2017, the Ministry of Innovative Development (now - the Agency for Innovative Development), scientific organizations introducing postgraduate education into the system, and ministries, departments and organizations with educational institutions on the effectiveness of the incoming determined to monitor at least once a year.
It is also proposed to create a working group composed of employees of relevant ministries, departments and organizations with scientific organizations and educational institutions. In this regard, based on the order of the Agency for Innovative Development dated September 8, 2023, No. 168, working groups composed of employees of the relevant organization are formed to study the monitoring of the effectiveness of researchers.
Members of the working group headed by Pirmatov Barkamolzhon Gairatzhonovich Pirmatov of the Agency for Innovative Development Karimova Muyassar Khamitovna and Yuldashev Ravshan Muslimovich conducted monitoring of the effectiveness of doctoral students of Andijan Machine Building Institute on October 3-5 of the current year.
Also on October 4, a meeting was held with doctoral students and independent researchers of the institute. At the meeting the members of the working group gave the researchers advice and suggestions. The members of the working group provided detailed information on the questions asked by the researchers.
