On September 25-28 of this year, the WT Taekwondo Championship among children, youth and teenagers was held at the Andijan Olympic and Paralympic Sports Training Center.
More than 300 athletes from the Fergana, Andijan and Namangan regions, as well as the Republics of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan took part in the competitions held by the Andijan regional branch of the Taekwondo Association WT of Uzbekistan.
In these competitions, a 4th year student of the Faculty of Economics of the Andijan Mechanical Engineering Institute, Alorbek Arabboev, took part in the 80 kg weight category and took 2nd place.
We congratulate Alorbek on this victory on behalf of the staff and students of our institute!
