Point 21 of the control plan of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April, 29, 2023 "On realization of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers' session № 39 of April 27, 2023" provides training of highly skilled personnel with higher education, including the task of taking measures on realization of interaction with local authorities and regional employers' organizations in effective organization of student practice.
In order to ensure the implementation of these tasks on June 23, 2023 the Institute's Vice Rector for Educational Work Aliyev S.R., Head of the Department of Technological Machines and Equipment Yuldashev S., Head of the Department of Automotive Engineering I. Saydaliyev and Head of the Department of Marketing and Student Practice M. Maribjonov visited UzAuto Motors. The main purpose of the visit was to monitor the internship of the enrolled students, to get acquainted with the process of practice, the elimination of deficiencies arising during the practice, to further strengthen cooperation with the company. The team of the institute was first welcomed by head of department of UzAvto-Motors Training Center S. Sobirjanov. He provided information on general activity, history and future goals of the company. Then, under the direction of Vice-rector S. Aliev the places of qualified and industrial practice of students of 2-3 courses sent from the Institute were examined. First the students from the department of global purchasing, accounting and planning of JSC "UzAuto Motors" were interviewed, their opinions on practice and existing problems were studied. Then the works of students who were involved in the painting workshop were considered. At the end of visit with the head of personnel development department of UzAuto Motors JSC B.Uraimov the measures on introduction of system cooperation process were discussed.
