Bringing the spiritual and educational work to a new quality and meaningful level in our country, involvement in the reforms carried out in the hearts of our countrymen, especially the youth, among which is mutual kindness, solidarity, patriotism, gratitude, strengthening of feelings in the neighborhood in order to raise the mood of the population and increase its social activity on May 18-19 this year in Bukhara organized the conference "Towards an enlightened society of the third Renaissance".
A group of intellectuals, scientists, artists, and professors working in different parts of our country were invited to the conference. Fortunately, Mukhtaram Khalikova, head of the Department of Work with Youth, Spirituality and Enlightenment at the Andijan Machine-building Institute, is among their ranks. "I found out about my participation in the conference together with the students. The reason is that on that day I was at a roundtable discussion on the sacred theme of family with the participation of students. It was then that I realized that a person who is close to spirituality and makes it his daily habit is approaching this divine virtue as well. Participating in the national conference was an honor, but also a great responsibility. Having been born in a country where great emphasis is placed on spiritual and educational activities, I once again felt fortunate to work in this field. Our sages say, "The world will be saved by knowledge and enlightenment." It is not without reason that knowledge and enlightenment are separate. First of all a person needs a pure heart and a healthy soul in order to use the experience and knowledge accumulated throughout his life for the cause of good. These qualities give us spirituality. Today our President pays great attention to young people. In a year of attention to people and quality education, the facilities of many educational institutions have been improved. Problems that have not been solved in this area for many years have been solved. "I have been given an opportunity, I can do anything, I must constantly seek and learn to reach my goal."

"I was very pleased that the conference was prepared at a very high level. The presentation of the collection of conference materials, the presentation of the book "Heroes of Uzbekistan" with the participation of our compatriots who were awarded the title of "Hero of Uzbekistan", a concert of Uzbek music "National songs and status" to widely promote the centuries-old performing ways, ancient history, the unique art of art, and to further increase interest in these areas by talented young people were implemented programs, projects "Education Watch" with the participation of intellectuals, poets and writers in the enterprises, organizers of the conference. Also, information about children from orphanages in Bukhara region, believers living in charity houses, those who need help, representatives of families of Temir Daftar, Women Daftar, Yoshlar Daftar and Mehr Daftar and their children was provided. projects "Kindness and Generosity" and "Enlightenment Tour" were implemented in order to provide spiritual support and organize their trips to ancient monuments and holy places.

"You know, if you have a luxurious house that everyone envies, but if inside the house there is no respect for big and small, if there is no greeting of the younger to the older, prayer of the enlightened to the younger , consequence of brothers and chastity of sisters, then you have nothing to say, you have nothing to do, except for what you can do. I would like to tell young people that when they become excellent professionals in any field, they should grow up, first of all, as spiritual people. Times change, professions become obsolete, but spirituality remains the same. Together with me and every young person who considers me a teacher, we are all promoters of enlightenment. We never tire of serving our people to create a happy day for society. I am very impressed with the conference. It's impossible to convey that in one small talk.
