On April 25 this year, a round table on "Prevention of delinquency among students" was organized with the participation of externship students of the Andijan Machine-building Institute. The round table was attended by the first vice-rector for youth affairs, spiritual and educational work A. Ermatov, Advisor to the rector A. Islamov, inspector-preventor of the Institute Major I. Kahhorov and professors and teachers, heads of the department.
During the round table, the students were explained the topic. Also opinions and questions of students were listened to and answers were given. There was also an analysis of crimes committed among students and information about the causes, consequences and the end of the crime. It was emphasized that students are among the enlightened members of society and it was said that they should be worthy of the name. The event highlighted the problem of corruption and reminded them to fight this evil that destroys society and to inform the officials concerned when they encounter such situations.
