On April 3 this year in our institute the action "Referendum-2023 - the Constitution belongs to all of us" was held. The event was attended by members of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Tolkin Karimov, Farhod Ashmatov, the first vice-rector of the Institute for Youth Affairs, Spiritual and Educational Work Akmal Ermatov, professors, teachers, tutors and students.
During the event he explained the innovations and changes included in the new draft of the constitutional law by the examples from life. The updated Constitution mentioned the increase of the status of teachers, youth employment, especially changes in higher education, and reforms concerning the respect for human dignity. Also during the meeting various guest lectures were listened to within the framework of the topic.
