On February 11 this year, the Andijan Machine-building Institute hosted the opening ceremony of the student dormitory for 523 beds, built on the basis of public-private partnership. The ceremony was also attended by Shukhratbek Abdurakhmanov, Akim of Andijan province, who expressed his congratulatory words. He also familiarized himself with the conditions created for students.
At present, 86% of student dormitory needs are met by this new student dormitory. By 2023, another TTC with 600 beds will be completed and the need will be 100% met.
