At the initiative of the Head of State, our country has carried out large-scale reforms to fully support women, increase their socio-economic and political activity, widely involve them in scientific activities, provide them with employment, involve them extensively in entrepreneurship. As a result of these practical actions, today our women and girls are making significant achievements in science. On February 10 this year at the Andijan Institute of Engineering a forum "Women Engineers - 2023" was held to recognize women who are engaged in science and achieve achievements, and to transfer their valuable experience to those who have taken this path.
The forum was opened by R. Yusupova, Advisor to the Rector on Women's Issues of the Institute, who congratulated all women and female students of the Institute. At the same time, the results and achievements of women in science in recent years told about the chairman of the association "Women Scientists" working at the Institute I.
