The event was attended by the first vice-rector of the Institute of Youth Affairs, Spiritual and Educational Work A. Ermatov, dean of the faculty S. Daliyev, head of the department of Uzbek language and literature H. Dzhorabekova, deputy deans, educators and talented students of the faculty.
Speakers at the event stressed the need to study the life journey of our great-grandfather and the literary heritage recognized by the whole world, and the life journey of this man should be an example for all of us to serve our country with purity and honesty. Throughout the night, students presented ghazals written by the sultan of ghazals and staged performances about the poet's life journey. Information about the great thinker was also presented in English. The event continued in high spirits and ended with a mass song praising our homeland.
